Pancakes come Hot , Reviews come late , can't help it , need
donatations (paypal The@pigies.com).
Before I Begin would like to drop some words on , ahh forget the word droppin'
will just write them.
I got no idea how Rob Cohen chooses his projects but he sure picks em' to be
attractive to the new generation of youth , extreme sports , car racin' , Video
game refferance whan't .. guess this a good trick to get budget for yer flicks
from the studios .. Gotta say on his side that the man produced some good stuff
like The Runing Man with Arnie and the nice Mini series The Vanishing Son for
those whom didn't ran into it it can be a nice rent ... He also Directed
DragonHeart which was nice but could be much better but we’re here no to judge
director’s Carrier and not the Idiotic Car flicks he done …
Triple X (xXx) brings you a refreshing side of spy flicks.. This ain’t The Saint
and even tho it has most the Elements of a James Bond 007 movie it looses all
the elegance and adds whole’ a lot of POP culture ,Heavy metal n’ DJ pimpin’ ..
this kind of movie that ruins a repetition of an actor like Samuel L Jackson but
not in a bad way really for he have done lots of shit in the last years with
some goodies of still visible sweetcorn in between … what a joyful metaphor!
The Outline is simple CIA or whoeva o’ the american’s pride got trouble ,they
sacrifice people to find the most suitable bloke for the job n’ send him in
praying for good to come before they nuke , the Bloke happens to be Vin Diesel ,
the Bald ,Charismatic to the new generation Dude from Fast’n’The Furious which
was the worst flick with him In I seen , on the contrary Pitch Black was a great
piece of work with a good role for his appearance there …there goes the
introduction.
The Bloke steps right in the shoes of an undercover agent to yabadabadu we won’t
spoil thankya kindly. Although the screenplay could add some spice and
originality it wasn’t horrible with the plot and made the flick watchable at its
final form which by the way is very nice executed and got some entertaining
Action sequences and beautiful locations of Prague which I went to visit just
weeks after watching it all (this with no relation)…
Overall the flick was a refreshing drop o’ mint to the genre and is sure
recommended to the Action fans n’ MAchoMonkeys , this could be nice on DVD but
much better on the Silver Screen if you’re eager to watch it and ain’t too
snobbish. |
